Speedo backlight bulbs gone

So on went on one side - an annoyance, but today a second bulb has gone - plunging the speedo into darkness at night.

Is this an easy fix? - oh, and while I'm at it - quite fancy some white dials

You'll some of these.

The bulbs are not hard to change once you have the cluster out.

Don't have the ignition switched on at any point of the removal/replacement.

it didn't happen to mine, i forgot to switch the ignition off,
