Hi all,
I hope everyone is well.
Today I managed to take out the speedo and replace the bulb that was faulty.
On inspection I saw that 3 bulbs were missing along the bottom. I replaced them and saw that only one came on when the ignition was on.
The bulb that came on was the SRS Warning Lamp., the other two remained off?
Now I remember that on a previous MOT the SRS lamp was illuminated, I presume whoever fixed the problem just took the bulbs out?
Furthermore I am sure I have to put the car on STAR, unless anyone knows how to reset the SRS without putting the vehicle on STAR.
Lastly should this fault have come up before or does taking the bulb out clear the fault when connected to STAR?
Regards
