Speedo display fault

Hi guys, was just out looking at a 2000 W reg C class (w202) the reason im double thinking about the car is becuase the 3 displays on the speedo (time, temp, mileage) all have some pixels missing so that the display looks a little nackered, the car has done 140,000 so maybe its something that has happened over time or the miles, can someone tell me how much this may cost me to repair, and also where I may be able to get this replaired from, does it mean I need a new speedo, or can I diy it? I thank you all in advance..

Do a search for ' pixels' there's plenty of info on hee, you'll probably find the answer you are looking for ....
