Spent 2k finding near side suspension weakness

Hello guys hope your all well. I have posted regarding this issue earlier but I feel it never explained properly so here we. 2015 saw the car up 10995 while working in pool down south. I had been looking for one for months and drove a few 150000 mile dogs as well. This had 62k and clean. I point houses for a living so I booked the car into local merc spec for a check up. Result was this is good all original all it needs is off side rear shock and alarm sounder. 500 all done the dealer even rang up and paid. having it couldn't of spent my money faster. Loved it and still do can honestly say it's the best thing I have bought and I spent 10k on a civic type R once so this was a bargain. After a month or so I noticed a slight difference on the rear left over bumps and I dodge bumps like their gobby drunk women. So I changed the shocker as On the right it's nice on the left it's loud. So that's 2 rear shocks @ 800 fitted. The noise on left still there but I did notice a clunk cluck had gone that appeared over speed pumps so slight improvement. Back to merc specialist lower control arm play on bush. At this point I said will this fix it or not. He said new control arms will be a vast improvement. Ok do both sides @700. Still no difference. So I took it to a old boy I've known for years that restores old shadows and Bentleys. The old boy had it 6 weeks and rebuilt the whole rear end. This included every bush in the subframe, 4 big ones and some small ones. While he was doing the small bushes in the sf he noticed the bushes in all the arms where the same and repressed them all you gotta love the old boys. While he was at it he replaced all four arms on the front with lemforder. This bill was 1500 this included four wheel tracking at demon tweeks. Guess what ITS STILL FOOKING THEIR but massive improvement else where. I feel like I've married a absolute bitch. Now all I'm thinking is would a full arnott system fix this as the air suspension has not been touched,the front left isn't 100 percent either so it is the whole left hand side. If arnott is the way how much would MSL charge for this? What do I need? Do they stock this for an old 03. but I need to be certain this is it or il end up burning the bitch as it's all a waste of money if it's not perfect. I want to throw about 2k of mods on it nothing mad as I plan to keep her for ten years but not until it's perfect. What do you think guys has anybody else had this body in the boot problem. Ps if anybody knows acid could you send him this as it will be with him soon.
 
This car going to stand me at 20k is that madness. I don't care like I just want to know what you think. 03 model now got 82000 on it
 
Ps all new bushes on back from merc. They don't sell arm bushes but they a little bush for the subframe that is identical to arm bushes so he ordered 12 I think.
 
I had similar till i changed the Rear ARB links and that sorted it.
 
Behind the rear back plate/disc. Fix onto the bottom of the rear hub and run vertically to attach the centre rear roll bar. Very easy to change 15mins each tops. Mine didn’t look bad but changed them out of course and it stopped the thud/knock. Yours may have been done if the previous guy had all the rear suspension replaced.
 
I someone who really knows these cars. Why do all garages say there is nothing wrong though this is what I don't understand. The charger clutch bearing is noisy aswell they all say that's normal these are loud engines. Beginning to think most have no idea what there doing

Got ya I will get on my back later and see if this is new looking. Is changing bushes in arms if you have found correct bush a standard job. This is what the last guy did this nearly all arms. He said all bushes are new but il check. The air bag bushes look fooked to me tho he didn't want to touch them tho as the press was likely to damage something. Going out now to get some pics
 
Car is worth around 8k so 12k spent on top is madness.

Whoever is changing all your parts is making good money. Garages normally advise changing both shocks, especially dealers.

Who is the Merc specialist?

Because i suspect it will take alot of time trying to investigate said issue, 1, They will be taking up ramp space and time where as they could be making quick money with servicing and Mot's 2, May think you'd fall over when they charge you X amount for hours and hours of investigation.

Also during investigation they may not even find the issue the you may not want to pay for the time taken. "please don't take that the wrong way"

Correct you will be better in the long run taking to a specialist or even having a good look yourself.

I was in a similar position making Brutus near as dam perfect, I was lucky enough to have this very forum to fall back on for advice and guidence, im self taught on the tools from years of playing and own a Motor Parts business, Like you i have spent similar money sorting it out.

Dont worry about that whine either, Last couple of posts will show you a video of mine on tick over from cold and warm. They all whine some worse than others.
