As stated James is a very good chap, thoroughly knowledgeable and courteous.
My car went in for it's Parrot kit to be done, and this was not without issues.
Basically, they used the wrong wiring diagram for the car and blew up the expensive bit of the Parrot CK3100.
Ended up having to replace the whole lot.
The car had a melt down, which Richard (comand.co.uk) ultimately resolved at a later date by clearing the errors in STAR.

I guess we all will have problems with a garage sooner or later, but it's how they are dealt with which seperates the good from the bad garages.
