Apparently wraps go from £500

Spoke to a guy who had some monster truck done in it in Matt black and evidently the stuff washes off with suitable power washer so I don't really see the point??!!

shouldnt do that AT ALL!

If you watch you tube videos and read up on it - its a very hard wearing plastic and lasts a good few years but very easy to peel off without in affect to the paintwork what so ever.

Plasti dip

Been there and done that. I sprayed up my wife's vitara last year. Very easy to do with a low pressure spray gun. BUT it must go on with at least 5 or so layers otherwise it's a bitch to get off. If it goes on thick enough it comes off easily . It was on for a yeast and when I de wrapped the hole car the paintwork was perfect underneath... the parts that went on too thin I used a rag with petrol to wipe off.

I imagine if there should be a hole in it and the jet from a pressure washer gets in it , it will peel it off a treat.

Just like lacquer should the jet get under that.

Also , lairy drunk people will figure out eventually that you can peel it off of cars and have great fun on the way back from the pub.

I may be wrong but I thought this is what they did to all German taxis to get them in that famous taxi cream colour. So nothing new or problematic??

One word, don't do it........

Is it wrong of me to find the mental image of that very funny?

A plasti-dip specialist paint shop has just moved in 4 doors down from my unit.
Every car is a chavved up focus, golf or clio.
The only decent car they've had in there was a C63 which went in looking great and came out looking horrible. Left the sides gloss white and the roof, bonnet and boot in matt black.
