Heard of a Spring Pull Long Arm on a JEEP before, which is a component within the suspension system (If I remember correctly) other than that never heard of it. Do you know from where this part is from or what vehicle its from ?

Spring link is the arm the shock bolts to.

The other is the torque strut or thrust arm.
