Sprinter Evaluation Price...

Could someone who has access to i.e. Parkers Price Guide or similar please advise of the market value of the following spec vehicle:

Mercedes Benz Sprinter Panel Van 2004
3.55M – Medium Wheel Base – 2800KG
26600 Miles - Excellent condition

I’m looking to sell this/part exchange so that I can buy the new shape Sprinter which is just being launched and want to make sure that I don’t get ripped off in price or may possibly do a private sale.

Speaking of vans ... I assume the prices M-B quote exclude VAT? I have just downloaded the current Vito pricelist from the website, and VAT isn't mentioned anywhere

Contrast with the VW Transporter one, where all prices are quoted with and without VAT.

From past experience with Stealerships they all ways quoted without VAT which they then afterwards added on but I would always claim this back via the company. I'm pretty sure that the brochure excludes VAT as it tends to mostly be business/corporate customers that buy commercial vehicles.

Thanks. Appreciate that most van buyers would get the VAT back, but it's pretty strange for the official price list to not even have a footnote saying "All prices exclude VAT". I'm costing up a Vito Dualiner or Traveliner, and I bet a reasonable number of those are sold for personal use.

Dont rush into anything and tell me when your up for delivery because I may possibly be able to speak to some people who put alot of business MBs way and buy their truck fleets from them or we can place our orders together and try and negotiate a better deal if get no joy with them!!!
