Does the 2015 Sprinter come with two or one fog light? Can i get the left hand side fog light working easily? I spend a lot of time driving in Europe.

Usual just the o/s is wired, the right for us.
you would need to pass a wire from o/s to n/s and connect at the rear light cluster. The isue then is that the fog lights / brake lights become confused.

I fitted the reflector type replacement LED's to the Viano.
You can wire them as desired. Mine are side light, DRL, and reverse lights. No reason why they couldn't be fog's rather than DRL.
