Sprinter W906 - strange codes and MAF code issue

I have 2011 MB Sprinter 906 2,2 Delphi 3.5 Solenoid ECU.

ECU is in limp mode.
p0101 - permanent and not possible to clear it.
Next 4 codes coming when car start at idle: p0263, p0269, p0272, p0266
MIL blinking after engine start all the time.

I checked almost everything:
- EGR - no issue
- wiring - no issue
- MAF power - no issue
- MAF signal - 570mg/stroke (CDP read)
- MAF replaced - new from MB dealer - stil p0101 stored in ECU
- new MAF reading the same - 570mg/stroke
- injectors - no issue
- DPF off - maked (before write new soft soot level cleared)
- ECU replaced - no changes

Can anybody help me with this car?
