When I've been on a bit of a run, the brakes start to squeak quite annoyingly at slow speeds.
I expect it's common knowledge to many but is there anything to be done about this?
Normally, I go "if it squeeks, stick WD40 on it" but even I'm not a stoopid enough noob to do that to brakes

It's an SL65 so they're AMG disks etc.

Try putting Copper Grease on the back of the Pads this usually cures squeaky Brakes its worth a try

Hi
As BAZZER1 said apply copper grease to the backing of the pads & anti-squeal shims & also while you have the pads out clean all the contact points of the calliper so there isn't any sticking once the pads are back in but also it might worth chamfering the edges of the pads slightly with some emery paper to get rid of any 'sharp' edges around the edges of the pads as this can cause squeaking too !
Hope that helps

Mark
