Squeal

When the E300TD is cold, it squeals when it comes on boost, almost like a fan belt squeal. As soon as its warm, the turbo is silent and does not whine, which makes me think its not that.

Its got me a bit stumped to be honest, I think its possible there might be a leak somehwhere near the turbo that closes when the metal expands but i can't see anything..

Any ideas guys?

Wierd thing is it does it from 2 to 2.5K revs.. and then shuts up..

Just the fan belt, which is a relief.
