SRS, Fault codes required (Mobile Indie required)

Hi all,

I hope everyone is well.

I require some fault codes reading.

Ideally I would like a print out.

I am near Watford, unfortunately my local mobile indie has let me down and is impossible to contact.

It is a shame because his cost of putting the car on STAR was very reasonable.

Anyone have a machine or know of a good mobile indie with very good rates?

He charges £60 + Vat.

I think MB charge that.

I used to use Willow132, very reasonable. However I can not get hold of him these days.

MB Watford shocked me with £162.00, discounted it down to £97.00ph (6+ yrs) for diagnostics and they do not do diagnostics on Saturdays.

They said a diagnostic check wouldn't find the problm with the SRS. They said it would provide a fault code, but then the technician would have to search for the problem.

Do you include spending 2 hours driving the 85 mile round trip to get to and from the customer for that £20? If so I've got loads of work I can subcontract you.
