    Hi all,

My best mate is getting married next year and I'm organising the stag do. So can anyone suggest any decent locations in europe? I've seen a website www.chillisauce.co.uk which offer activities & accomodation in various european destinations, has anyone been on any of these trips? As I'm unsure whether or not they are good value for money or a complete con! Any help appreciated!

A few folk I know have suggested Krakow, is it pretty cheap for booze etc? Is there any activities to do there?, we want to try and stay out the pubs during the day if we can! :D

lol..stay out of the pubs? We even drank a few bars dry lol...

Booze-wise? it was so-so, prices were high by my standards. But i'm a tight sod. Activity-wise? apart from getting p!ssed/clubbing and looking at the ladies..nope.

Well none that i can remember. But there is always something or other going on in the main square. Also there is a castle there to look at.

No trouble, excellent food, hospitality etc..

Depends what he wants to do. The chillisauce and other websites will all offer a generic (if I was being harsh I could say cliched) stag weekend. Activity, activity, nightclub, lap dance club.

Fine if you like that sort of thing but frankly that wasn't what I wanted out of my stag weekend earlier this year (not nearly enough emphasis on eating for one thing), so my best men worked to a different brief.

I'd have a chat with your pal and see what he wants to do. Also, consider the people coming to the stag do - whilst all will want to see their mate off in style, not all may want to commit an entire weekend, nor travel all the way to Eastern Europe just to drink beer and stare at women for 48 hours.

Great that you've started the planning process already though, good luck in whatever you chose to do. :)

Chillisauce is good - my friend worked there for 2 years until last month. we used them for several non stag trips as well (at mates rates of course!)

    I recommend them.

It must be an age thing, I was best man a couple of years ago and we decided on a weekend golf excursion one night away, 36 holes, casino/restaurant on the Saturday evening.......We're all a little over/under 40 though....married or with partners.....

The days of taking my trousers off in public and sleeping in a gutter ended some time ago:D:crazy:

Prague is awesome. It has relaxed gun laws so you can go to a range, pay your money and fire guns of all sorts!
    Sweet.

I went to estonia on my stag night for 5 days. It's absoltely awesome. This company http://www.tallinnpissup.com were superb! The reps were great and looked after us, showed us all the decent places to go.

They even bought us all drinks!

We went to Dr Deaths military academy and shot AK47, Shot guns, pistols, you name it everything - brilliant fun.

We also went go karting, ATVs, demolition derby in cars - just superb and cheap too.

The city itself was not that cheap - around £2.50 a drink but well worth it. Loads of girls and loads to do everywhere. Good luck!

That sounds good to me! We do intend to drink our destination dry, however there are a few oldies coming who wont want to sit in the boozer all day, so need to do something for everyone. Most of us are 27-28 though. Does anyone know roughly how much flights are to krakow / prague / talinn etc? I checked easyjey & ryanair but they say the route timetables etc are not yet available for our selected dates.

Our flights to tallinn were about £105 return mate. We went with Estonian Airways who were brilliant. Good luck organising it. My dad came with us on our trip and sat down in the pubs all night, he was well happy. During the day there was plenty to do as they organised the shooting, quad bikes etc for 1 in the afternoon each day.

The ones who didn't drink much got up and explored the town, the ones with hangovers slept it off - it was perfect. Good luck organising it too.

Depends on what budget you and your mates have.
I have been to Puerta Banus a couple of times, good but a bit pricey, £2k in 4 days was a choker really:devil:
Las Vegas is superb but again not cheap but you can get most of your drinks paid for by the casinos as long as your playing.
Nottingham was really crappy and cheap.
Estonia is good but one of my mates got kidnapped and was driven to a house and forced to do things with a woman whilst these 2 massive blokes videoed it all, I still think he was dreaming but he insists it happened, they also took his wallet and passport, strange:crazy:

We did Prague earlier this year. Found it far more expensive than we were led to believe. Prices for beer were pretty much the same as over here although you could get certain deals from the touts in the street.

I think to get the really cheap booze you have to stay well clear of the main city centre bars. We had a pub crawl organised via one of these online stag party companies for our first night there. The price worked out about £2.50 per pint but it was a good way of seeing the city and finding bars for the next nights.
