Hi,

Just looking for some help with a 1997 W202 C180 stalling issue.

I am finding it will stall at red lights or junction after driving it for 20 mins or so, doesn't seem to happen in first few km's
After stalling I can start it up no problem
I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump and given the throttle body a good clean

I'm not sure if this is related but they central locking stopped working around the same time, is the vacuum pump that operates the central locking at all related to this issue?

If not does anyone have any idea what it could be?

IAT sensor?
IAC valve?
Over voltage protection relay?
Throttle body actuator?
Pulsation damper?
FPR?
Engine wiring harness?
Crankshaft position sensor?
Airflow sensor?
Fuel pump relay?
Fuel pressure regulator?

From reading the forums my list of potential causes is getting overwhelming, unfortunately I can't access an OBD2

Thanks MB Clubbers

Its losing either fuel air or spark.

Its best to get it plugged in as its guess work otherwise.
