Offered a set of rims from a 204 standard saloon will they fit my 203 standard saloon?

You'll probably need 20mm spacers on the rear for them to not foul the rear suspension strut.
Also, the bolt holes in the 204 wheels are bigger (M14 v M12) than the 203. And your need longer bolts with an M12 thread.
I would avoid and find some 203 wheels
