Of course, this person needs to know what he is doing. Someone worthy of recommendation.

Why do you need star for that?

Hi,
I have STAR, and I am just at the other end of the A36 in Totton, but I have never done the SBC bleeding procedure on my 219.
As far as I am aware you can use a pressurised bleeding system and simply crack each of the bleed nipples in turn ensuring the brake fluid reservoir is kept topped up.

Yes, you can bleed the SBC system without star.
As Andy says, you need a pressurised bleeding system.
