STAR lowering

Next time maybe have a think before you buy the car.

How about next time you have a think before you post?

I am quite happy with the car thanks - simply wanting to lower it a bit. It's hardly unusual to lower cars.

If you have nothing relevant or helpful to say then perhaps you'd be better off saying nothing.

No you have a 4x4 and complain its too high. The standard thing for a 4x4 is a suspension lift!

Its common sense to think about what you are going to use a car for and if you need something to suitable for the elderly maybe a 4x4 isn't the answer.

Buy it then come online complaining its too high. Smart

It is perfectly suited to what I want it for and I wasn't complaining - just looking for a way to lower it and it can be done, so obviously there is demand for this beyond just my requirement. I suppose everyone who has lowered their ML has simply chosen the wrong car and they should have forked out for a B...

Grow up fella.

Perfectly? Ok if you say so. Not sure your previous posts and reactions sound like a person who is perfectly happy with their purchase.

Thats a good idea, buy a B and get it lowered ;)

No part of that seems a good idea.

Done with the trolling now?

Stop it fellas, no-one benefits except the popcorn eating voyeurs .

Come on I'm a troll now?? Just because someone voices a different opinion to yours doesn't make them a "troll".

I'm out. Under the bridge I go!

He didn't ask for opinions, he asked for facts.

Or a pair of platform boots, right?

I didn't realise this simple topic had such comedy potential...

worth a thought though, I had a Range Rover (1995) before the ML and that had an access button on the dash. Surely there must be some way to integrate this type of system? even if it is a lowering when the ignition is off (like auto fold mirrors) that I am sure would not get so much of a slating?????

Interesting idea. I quite like some of the modules that seem to be available and will look into those.

Reading the write up on the 2012 ML it seems to have a lot of the dynamics of the 1995 Range rover (auto lower at faster speeds, ride height adjustment off road etc.) Why oh why does it not have an access mode??????
Good luck with the search, If I find anything I will post it for you.
