If I don't use it for a few days, this has happened around 4 times, cranks over but won't fire up, second time always starts. Can't fund any fault codes.
Have a look at live data the next time it happens to see if you have rpm (engine speed) on crank. Might be the startings of a failing crankshaft sensor
