Steering Wheel & Airbag for Sale

Selling my old steering wheel & Airbag.

Steering wheel is Anthracite Leather - from 1999 W202 C Class

Airbag is also original, from same steering wheel. I think they are supposed to last 10 years, so should have a good 6 years of life left in it yet !

Both are pictured as previously fitted to my car, below.

I'm open to sensible offers - PM me if interested.

I think just W202, W210, and W140 - don't know about W124 - dealer or somebody here will be able to confirm hopefully.

I take it your W124 does not have a drivers airbag.....If not, you dont really want to have an airbag in your wheel not connected to anything just waiting to trigger at the first bit of static.

I wouldn't like to recommend having a controlled explosive device sitting infront of you, without the means to control it properly (airbag sensors and control unit). . all sorts of things might cause it to go off . . . . condensation, static . . if the car was not designed for an airbag, then not a good idea to fit one !
