Steering wheel replacement?

Either I am too fat, or my legs are too short but sometimes I cant get in behing my steering when without a squeeze. (doesn't help after the wife's been driving)

Can anyone recommend a steering wheel thats slightly smaller, wont cost an earth and looks beautiful?

The last time I did this on a car, the steering boss was a real eyesore so I want to be careful not to fall into that trap also.

BTW, mine does not have an airbag, so that should make it a little cheaper and simpler.

Nope, dont have anything, apart from wheels with bags...

Apart from a Carat Dushchalet wheel, but its trimmed in green!
