I have just changed my indicator stalk, I have put everything back together but now the steering wheel seems to be making a rubbing sound so I must have done something wrong but I do not know what I have done wrong.

has anyone got any ideas?

Thank you

Hi,
I suggest you remove the stalk and then re-install carefully making sure everything is tucked up out of the way, maybe some wiring is in the wrong place.

Sounds silly but make sure all the location lugs are in the right place.

The amount of times I've rebuilt trim on a car to find one of the plastic prongs is sat overlapping the piece it should be located in.

Another tip, get some silicone grease and put it round the joints and joins in the trim. This stops any squeaking from the trim.
