Hi everyone. Sorry to be annoying, but I just wanted to clarify something with this stepper motor problem. I have just bought a CLK320 (w209) from a car dealer, and after doing a search on this forum I am sure this car has that problem (creaking noise on startup). So what i am wanting to clarify is would this problem affect the aircon on one side? The passenger side aircon is fine, nice and cold, but the drivers side has less air and is not aircon cold. The car dealer is fixing the aircon problem, so I am thinking they should fix the stepper motor issue if this is whats causing the problem.
