The aux port in the glove compartment is an option that came with either the optional iPod Interface or the optional Universal Media Interface (UMI), but it is not a standard fitment.
If your 2007 car has the basic Audio20 radio, then chances are that it doesn't have an aux port in the glove compartment. There may be an aux port at the rear of tne Audio20 unit, but you'll need to remove it from the dash first.
A common workaround is by using an FM transmitter, e.g.:
