LOL.....surely its just a "box" if no bats actually live in them....cant see that standing up to legal scrutiny for long.

Correct but I’m led to believe that a survey must be carried out to ensure there are no bats using a structure before any work can commence.

Great news! We can now prosecute camera vandals both for causing criminal damage to public property AND under the Wildlife and Countryside Act - a double win for law and order :thumb:

Why do you make a post with the word ‘reported’ though??

So others who see it know they don't need to report it.

It's unusual to get a spam post in the middle of a thread. Normally they start a new one - the whole thread then gets removed by the mods, so you don't see the 'reported' post that was in there.
