A hole:
Luckily the damage to the ceiling was very slight given the amount of rain we had on Thursday. The polystyrene insulation prevented most of the rain touching the plasterboard.
All fixed now, just waiting for another dry spell to felt the OSB:

A temporary measure to shed water over the OSB rather than have it lip underneath. The main roof of the house is above the skylight and a lot of water can cascade down there.
