Keyless Go aeriel
It’s one of several receivers around the car to pick up the "key" in your pocket and allow entry to the car without having to push the button on the remote. You will probably have a "start" button in the car (on the top of the gear selector?) which you push to start the car, without insertion of the key in the steering column.
Keyless go on a 2004 E Class? I thought that came in much later, but I am getting old
