stuck bird noise blower motor w211

My fan has become a little squeeky on my w211.
Can these be lubricated in anyway? Are they a big job to replace/repair?

Mine does exactly the same too.

I can't quite work out precisely where it is coming from. Initially I thought it was the roof console temp sensor, but now I think it's coming from the dash. Bloody annoying, and only seems to happen in cold temperatures.

Easy to get to I used a spray Teflon lubricant and the silence is "golden" Six months no return £140 + for new blower assembly when i looked
