Stuck in sports mode

Hi everyone, not sure if this is in the right category but here goes..

recently my 2011 c250 has been turning sports mode on by itself and staying on, it cannot be turned off and the gears are holding out longer.

And this is an issue? Lol.

Can you change it in settings as well as a stand alone button?
