Stuck on the bottom bolt of the distributor cap any help appreciated

I have my replacement cap and rotor but have got 2 out of the 3 dis cap bolts off, but the third on the underside seems impossible to get too with any Allan key or bit can any help? Thanks

I use a long allen bit, with a 10mm spanner slid over it.

Thanks managed to get it off. Unfortunately the the replacement distributor cap is broken.

My bottom bolt was rusty so I ordered replacement bolts.
I used a ratchet with an extension, the ratchet was positioned behind the fan in between the fan and rad. Really easy to remove that way.
