And how close has he got to stand to the targets?? He could have used the rifle as a baseball bat!

Some practical shotgun shooting is shot at short distance.

This is me shooting a competition section.

You'd have been shot dead inbetween opening the wooden door and then firing!

Nice shooting but its almost point blank so not entirely sure what to make of it....

He is lucky to be alive. The rest of us are more unlucky that Darwinian selection hasn't worked this time. Anybody that dangerous should not have a gun (speaking as someone who shoots).

We used to do this type of thing in the forces.FIBUA Fighting in builtup areas. We used an old village in Wiltshire that had been emptied during WWII,mostly using blanks. Practical shotgun was used for close quarter battle, the big difference was that not all the targets were a threat, most popped out from behind walls, windows and the like. killing the wrong target was frowned upon:)The training had a purpose, kill the bad folk, and protect yourself and others, its a little more difficult when the targets are real and fire back.:(
On a lighter note, the type you do is good fun.
