Sunroof cover opens on its own

Not my CLS55. But my phone, spare shades and loose change end up on the back seat.

My jaw tends to drop wide open during kick down - is this the same kind've symptom? Though I can't find it on the spec sheet, I think the original owner must have optioned this.

I was thinking of having a stage 1 remap but second thoughts.
Even now a moderate quick launch in manual sees the TC light flashing away, all gets a bit squirrely, tacho skips to redline and I'm struggling to pull gears fast enough while keeping her in line.
Think I'll just go for the 155mph limiter delete before my summer hols in Germany.

I know that the CLA45 and C43 will adjust the amount it is open when its tilted and you're in sport+.

But as for opening it from closed, I've never experienced that.

It's only the cover, not the sunroof itself! Just the force of acceleration pushes it back.
