Superb service from MB Guildford

MB Lakeside advised the bleed nipples were very very tight on a recent service and said they may snap etc so i declined the brake fluid change, rang guildford to explain as they done the fluid two years ago and was told to come over and they would see what they could do, i informed them of the price lakeside quoted and they agreed to match it

Guildford done the fluid change and replaced both rear nipples with the front ones booked in for next week ( no stock ) - total cost £0.00

The tech owns a m156 cl63 and praised my old shed

I always had excellent service there - they looked after my R129 from 2004 (when I got it) until we moved up to Shropshire in 2021. For a long time they used to collect it from my house in Bracknell FOC as the service manager lived nearby They gave big discounts on older cars and never pushed to do extra work.
