Suspension bush gone advice needed

Hi all
I have c 270 cdi 2005 estate 150000mls and the front left rear inner wishbone bush has disintegrated. Do I just replace the bush or use kit Suspension Arm Kit Mercedes C-Class W203 C270 CDi Front | eBay
Seems an awfully good price, anybody used one?

You're better off with a new arm . The ball joints commonly wear on them
