Suspension clanking?

Hi all, new to the world of Mercedes and where better to start than this forum.

Had the wheels aligned this week and immediately afterwards noticed this horrible rattling/clanking coming from the front left (ignore the wind noise). Check out the clip in the link below.

Any ideas what this could be? Two garages say they can’t hear it!

They’ve obviously left something loose, or disturbed something, take it straight back and get them to sort it.
