Suzuki Jimney

Not a Merc I know but the learned people from this forum have advice second to none.

We have some UK based clients who wish to purchase a Suzuki Jimney 4x4.

Used cars in Greece hold their price very well so one of these little fart-boxes will cost them around 8000 euros.

I have driven dozens of Jimneys and they do the job rather well, we are not talking mud-plugging through swamps etc etc, just a few muddy hills that get bad with the rain.

Our clients have given me a list of 4 cars to look at on their behalf tommorrow, they know I am no expert but merely want me to 'check them out'.

What should I be looking for?

Just for the record, we had one of these several years ago, and I have to say that it was the worst car buys I have made. I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial.............

What I forget to mention is that our clients will only use the car for a 2 week holiday 4 times a year. Most of witch will be in May, June, July and August.

My sister has one as well as a CLK and it has been brilliant. I service it etc and it never seems to wear out!

Not my sort of car but ideal for your needs.
