I am watching that but the price of this full interior is quite cheap so am hoping it's not too bad condition. If it is then I shall go down the route of retrimming at some stage.

Unlikely, unless you know of a C210 that's been escaping my attention all these years...

The original C124 was designated "CE". After the 1993 facelift it became the "E class coupé".
