Hi again, (e250 estate 2010 wdd2112032A...)
This is a photo of where the bumper protector meets the seal around the boot which was installed by a previous owner.
I am curious about the state in which i find the bumper if i remove it to clean it out and reinstall.
Should the bumper protector be wedged under where the flat part of the rubber seal sits on the bumper or should the bumper sit on top of the flat part o the rubber seal? So, rubber seal lip exposed or tucked under? (As you can see my car has a bit of both which looks wrong).
