Talktalk email problems

Is anybody else having problems accessing emails through Talktalk at the moment? It has been driving me crazy for over a week.

No, not here. I'm a lucky one, never had any problems with my talktalk account since we signed up 18months ago. Didn't get the free broadband offer though, still no complaints. Quite pleased with it.

I assume you tried via your account page as well to get your email /

Quite a few of my customers have been experiencing TalkTalk (AOL) problems recently. Take a look at this and, while you're there, read through the rest of their forum in case of any other troubles or to ask a question.

Thanks for the link, Josefk. It's now two weeks since my email worked properly, and at the moment I can't access it either through O/Express or the Talktalk Webmail. Their Technical Support 0870 phonelines are either inaccessible or just have a recorded message.

If anybody is thinking of using Talktalk Broadband my advice is.........DON'T.
