Tar spots on wheels

FWIW I first pressure washed my wheels, then IronX'd them. After that, all that was left was tar spots and old balance weight glue. Tardis'd that lot - gleaming finish, apply Rimwax.

A cloth wetted with diesel (wear gloves and Lynx!) softens tar almost instantly.

Wash off the diesel with warm soapy water.

Auto Glym for the tar spots, Iron.X for the clean (peg for nose optional) or wonder wheels, then (smartwax) rimwax.

Mmmmm shiny shiny
