Just got home - and a nice shiny certificate from Primo was waiting on my doorstep!

A new certificate in 24 hours or so; now is that good or what!?

Just for the record, I have previously taxed a car at my local Post Office using a home printed copy of the e-mailed certificate. It wasn't a scanned copy, but it had clearly been home printed. Glad you're sorted.
