It's telling you that it reckons a B service is due, you can check on the MB ESS site with your VIN and mileage what service they reckon is due - but make sure you also look at optional items like brake fluid change (every 2 years), air filter change (every 4 years) etc, as these may not be included in the basic price you get for a B service. I'm told by my local indie that the number is also relevant, but do not know what difference there is between a B3, B5 or whatever. He did tell me that B5 indicated ATF change was due - but then said that as my mileage was 1 year less than 100k miles, I could leave it until the next service 12 months later!
