Telephone connection

Hi. I'm trying to connect my phone to my car via Bluetooth but it's driving me crazy because I can't can I ask for a help please. It just doesn't work

What model and year is your car?

Does is have COMAND Navigation, or Audio20 (I am guessing it has Audio20 - possibly with the optional Becker Map Pilot navigation?)

What phone do you have - iPhone or Android?

Instead of trying to connect the phone to the car, try connecting the car to the phone.
Sometimes it only works one way.
Bluetooth is crap, it either works, or it doesnt, and if it doesnt, then its a headache.

It's Mercedes C220 2011 year. My phone is Android and the navigation is not installed. I'll watch the videos and I'll give it a go again.
