I have a complete setup for your UHI - a perfect condition, in original MB box (bought new just over two years ago) phone cradle - B67875846, and a Nokia 6230i (bought reconditioned, unlocked, with a brand new keypad, at the same time).

If your phone console looks like this, then the kit will fit:

The phone was never taken out of the car / cradle, and was treated as an emergency phone, with only a couple of dozen numbers on it. Never actually had to use it in an emergency.

I now have the phone factory re-set, with the standard security code (12345), so it's ready to go.

If, by any chance, the connector in your console (as in pic 1 above) is damaged, I can include a perfectly good one, you'll just have to re-pin your existing wiring into it:

Hi Sarah,

I believe, you'd need either a bluetooth cradle, or an iPhone one (though I'm almost certain the last "hardware" cradle was for iPhone 5), to connect via bluetooth, or as a direct plug in.

Essentially, for both options, you don't need any of the stuff I have for sale here

This setup was a result of my decision NOT to have my main phone linked to the car, for many reasons: don't want a distraction; the instrument cluster display can't handle long names; it would be impossible to find a number in my 900-plus contacts on my iPhone, just by looking at the display, and so on.

So, I bought this cradle and the phone, programmed some vital numbers, I might need in an emergency, and a few I am likely to NEED to call while on a move - my wife's mobile and her office, etc, and left it at that. I think it worked perfectly well. Now that I replaced the head unit and no longer have the MOST network in my car, the system become redundant.

I have the same in my 2007 ML at present, cannot bring myself to invest in Blutooth unit as hardly ever use phone , might upgrade NTG 1 COMMAND later.

I'm actually going to replicate this setup, i.e. a second phone, with only a few numbers, and shortened names, so they're displayed without been truncated in the instrument cluster, with my new, modern head unit - I do not like being distracted, and hardly ever need to make a call.

I appreciate it might be very different for someone, who uses the phone for business, etc, but for me - nothing is urgent enough (from the people, who do not know the second number) for it not to wait, till the end of the journey.

The cradle is now sold.
The Nokia 6230i mobile phone, connector and UHI module are still available.

Only phone is left now, £15 will get you a marvel of yesteryear o_O
