Telephone problem

Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help me with this annoying problem.
I have a 2017 350D GLC coupe
After I receive or make a call I get an alert "bingbong" and a message on the screen saying "your call has now ended".
This is repeated every 10 seconds or so. I have to stop, switch the engine off and open my door and drive off again - after closing the door! Then the message does not appear anymore.
I would be very grateful if someone could give me a solution to this problem.

Thank you for your response.
Of course I only use the handsfree facility when driving. I would never ever hold the phone. Mercedes handsfree is excellent.

Just because it’s legal to use hands-free, doesn’t mean it’s safe.
