a property has come up that would lend itself very well to a retirement home. the local area in general has quite a high retirement home population plus high disposeable income
it would be about 15 'rooms' or so.
Im struggling to get basic data at the moment without signing up to some government or council or similar (seems very closed book.....)
I know my late father made a killing in the 90's with this sector (40' sunseeker in port grimaud was quite nice....) but the taxman seemed to take most of that....
Its south west based. Stunning views. house needs serious work (300k+ on the roof :eeek: ).
income. 25k pa per room gross? whats the baseline expenses?
forums are free. experts (later) arnt. lol.
