Is it an older version of my Brabus engine.
I have faded faxed copies of the prices of Brabus mods from around 1989 and my engine cost about 11k.

Gulp !!

Scott is right - that is an awfully low power output for a *tuned* 3.0litre straight six!
The 190E 16V's were only a few bhp less than that - out of a 4-cyl! And they have a fairly decent level of torque.
That was also on a production car sold from Mercedes showrooms.
Interesting none the less, and I am sure that the power must be up a lot from the standard merc lump?

Das zugehörige Zündsteuergerät ist ebenfalls lieferbar für zusätzliche

Nuff said.

:D

Nah, Something like "10 foot barge pole" springs to mind here,Woundn't personally touch an engine that I hadn't seen the car it was in first.Could be that it has a big number "3" on the doors and loads of sponsership names all over everything else  .Besides for that money you could fit a nitrous kit on yours and switch it on and play when the wife aint about ;)

Bear in mind the standard 300E has 190bhp...
And the 2.5-16v cosworth (still a 4 cyl) has 200bhp...

I personally wouldnt, its not all that...
