I've booked this and a few others may be coming as well. Really enjoyed the first one, was a great day out and I got a trophy! :bannana:.

Thought I'd spread the word and see if anyone would be interested in attending!

I'm possibly thinking about going to this, went to Vmax last year anyone been to both to compare runway condition length etc. I found Vmax runway very dusty and quite a bit of lose grit.

What I've seen from TV pics the runway there looks much smoother?

Hi Steve thanks for sharing the link. Family looking to go on holiday early june, or i would have attended. If that changes, i will book onto Tv4, or look at one of the future ones i found from the link you shared.

It was a good - way better than Bruntingthorpe.

Bit slippery for a good start but decent overall.

Just wish it was longer...

Is a helmet a must?

Does anyone know if this runway is as long as bruntingthorpe?

If I have a passenger with me on the day do they have to pay anything and bring there own helmet?

how many runs, As many as you sign yourself up for, you do a run and put your allocated number back on at the bottom of the list

A helmet is required by all occupants in the car

Length of runway, I believe it's fractionally shorter but I personally don't know

I think it's just the fiver guest fee and yes a helmet is required but a
Though they don't supply any you may be able to bottom one.



If people are planning to go down the runway they must register and pay the fee before they attend, there is no pay on the day facility except for the non running guests, see my first post
