Thing is, it is such a small thing but in my experience, it tends to be the tip of the iceberg of a really quite good dealer.
I once knew a BMW dealer like that. If you mentioned you had squeeky E36 windows (was a feature), they would nip out with a can of silicon lubricant and sort it whilst you were waiting.
Then they merged with a sht one so it became a lottery (except I always spoke with the good service manager).
