Thank you for letting me join, I am currently scaring myself online looking for a CL500, 215 or early 216. I am very prepared that bills could be high, my main fear is the ABC so my first question is for good independents in Kent that could be there for when it goes pear shaped!

Well AMF automotive at Tonbridge have been recommended before,I am sure there will a few more so you get a decent selection,I would also look up the threads from ABC there are bound to be loads.

As you're in Wilmington, there used to be a MB specialist I've seen mentioned a few times just East of the A20 between the roundabout where the Sidcup to Chislehurst road crosses the A20 and Critalls Corner roundabout south of that roundabout, can't remember the name but someone on here will. I've had a look on Google Maps and can't find them (and it's changed a hell of a lot since I used to travel from Orpington to Sidcup daily for school, in the 1960's!!)

AMF are indeed very good, but they're not in Tonbridge, they're out in the countryside not too far from Paddock Wood and take some finding first time you visit - did some work on my S204 last year, Alex is a hell of a good guy and knows his stuff.

Don't know if he will be able to "Start a Conversation" (as PM's are now called) that you can reply to, failinf that contact Admin, there's a chance if you ask nicely and explain why, they will activate that priviledge for you.
